Test Haze #3

Test Haze #3, the third installation of our Hazy IPA series, pushes new and exciting hopping techniques! This beer utilizes two unique hops oils. The first from Yakima Chief, to increase the potency of our whirlpools additions, and the second from Freestyle Hops, to increase our aroma from dry hopping. Test Haze #3 is triple dry hopped with a blend of HBC 586, Mosaic, and Motueka. The first addition in primary fermentation is to allow hop and yeast interaction, increasing juicy and fruity flavor production, while the second and third add depth and layers to the final aroma!
